I had a couple requests for this recipe. It's incredibly easy and delicious!
Crust: 10 oz. crushed ores
1/3 cup melted butter
Mix oreos and butter together. Press in a 9 by 13 pan and freeze until firm
Top with 1/2 gallon softened ice cream and freeze until firm
mix 19 oz. Mrs. Richard's (it's the best) hot fudge sauce and 1 Tbsp. water. Spread on top of ice cream and freeze.
Spread 8 oz. cool whip on top. If desired, top with crushed oreos. Freeze until ready to serve.
* Mint chocolate chip ice cream is my favorite and peppermint ice cream is really good in the winter.

This sound delicious! I hope you don't mind if I post it on the Relief Society blog for What's Cookin' Wednesdays.
